Once in the room, I was offered two stress balls and a blanket. Yes! I needed all of it. Lol. Dr. Chung, Dr. Jackson and their assistant Lourdes were AMAZING! Dr. Jackson is personable and that helped with trying to ignore the sound of the sound of the drill. She found common ground and it felt like talking a friend. Dr. Chung said was informative and not in a “the world is ending” sort of way that I had experienced before. And Dr. Lourdes made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommended
